Fun with GIFs!

As a company with a heavy reliance on our web presence, we're always looking for fun ways to produce more content and keep our social media outlets alive. We've found GIFs are a great way to repurpose content quickly and easily. If your company has a lot of video or photo content already like we do the process is super simple! Just copy a link to your video into image flips generator: https://imgflip.com/gifgenerator like we've done here:

There are plenty of settings available in the free version but if you're feeling intimidated all you need to focus on is the in and out point arrows at the top. Set those to get your desired GIF and scroll down to "generate gif." We've been using GIFs to promote our new "Team 302" video production brand so we've branded all our GIFS which is also super simple with the text menu options.

Now the Facebook problem comes in. In order to post a gif to Facebook that doesn't just look like a link you'll have to download your gif and run it through the GIPHY uploader: http://giphy.com/upload. Just drag and drop the gif file into the upload box:

Then click upload and you'll be given a link that Facebook likes.

Use that link and your gif should show up in your fan's facebook feeds as a video! It's fast, it's fun, and it's a great way to reuse content you've already made.
